Confirm the details and exact dimensions
If the proposed design suits you, we will agree on the materials, colours, equipment and other details. Where necessary, we will take exact measurements and then prepare a final quotation.

One personal consultant
One personal consultant is assigned to your project and supports you from the initial request through to the completion of the installation. Does submitting an enquiry commit me to placing an order?+
No. Sending a description, photos and references does not commit you to ordering the planning work or production. You will first receive an initial design and a non-binding price range. You can then decide without pressure whether to continue the project.
What will I receive after submitting my enquiry?+
We will review your project description, approximate dimensions, photos and references. Based on this information, you will receive an initial design and a non-binding price range. This is not yet a final quotation. The exact price is determined after all information has been checked, materials have been selected and, where necessary, exact measurements have been taken.
What photos and images can I upload?+
You can upload photos of the room or installation area, existing furniture, your own sketches, drawings and plans. You may also add examples found online or images created with artificial intelligence. We use these materials as a visual reference for your requirements.
Can a solution be produced from an image I found?+
Yes. A found image can be used as a starting point for the project. Our specialists review the dimensions, materials, construction, safety and technical feasibility and adapt the solution to your space. An exact copy is not always possible, particularly where the construction shown is not technically feasible.
What types of projects can I request?+
We design and deliver kitchens, built-in wardrobes and other custom furniture, bathroom and utility-room furniture, outdoor kitchens, grilling areas and garden furniture, as well as railings, glass structures and French balconies. Kitchens have a detailed step-by-step planner. For the other categories, a description and the available materials are sufficient.
Will a specialist visit my property to take measurements?+
If the initial design suits you and you want to continue, we will agree on the next steps. Where necessary, a specialist will visit the property, take exact measurements and discuss materials, colours, equipment, fixings and technical details.
Who will manage my project?+
One personal consultant is assigned to your project. This person remains your main contact from the initial enquiry through to the completion of the installation and coordinates planning, production, delivery and installation.
Can I choose the materials, colours and equipment?+
Yes. Materials, fronts, surfaces, colours, fittings, internal equipment and additional options are agreed with you before production begins. The selection depends on the project category, technical requirements, operating conditions and budget.
